Unicon 21 Statement on Gender
The IUF and USA team are committed to making Unicon an inclusive event for all unicyclists. We seek to provide an event free from discrimination of any type. We recognize that meeting this goal may take some changes. The current rulebook section 1B.6 only addresses gender issues in a very limited way. The Unicon team is exploring ways to expand competitions to be more inclusive for Unicon 21 and ways in which the next version of the rulebook should change. Please reach out to the IUF (contact@unicycling.org). Your ideas and concerns are important. These concerns continue to be discussed and we need voices like yours. We encourage you to consider joining the IUF rulebook committee to help make these important changes! The IUF is made up of volunteers, and we need as many people to be involved as possible!Â
