Track races are a big part of UNICON! Some are traditional:
100m
400m
800m
4x100m relay
Some are specific to unicycling:
30m wheel walk
50m one foot
IUF slalom
Track coasting
Still stand
In 30m wheel walk, unicyclists propel themselves forwards by walking on their tire. The winner is the one who crosses the finish line first.
In 50m one foot, unicyclists pedal with one foot only (one foot riding). The winner is the one who crosses the finish line first.
In IUF slalom, the unicyclist follows a predetermined course between obstacles. The winner is the one who completes the course the fastest.
In slow races, unicyclists cross a wood plank of 10m x 30cm (0-10 forward, 11+ backward), 10m x 15cm (11+ forward) or 10m x 60cm (0-10 backward) as slowly as possible.
In track coasting, unicyclists build up speed before "coasting" -- riding forward without touching any part of their tire, wheel, or pedals. The winner is the one who gets the furthest on the track.
In still stand, unicyclists balance without jumping or turning the tire more than 45 degrees while staying on a 10cm x 25cm plank. The winner is the one who stays the longest on the plank.
